Yes. Every Mediva VA completes HIPAA-trained training as part of their onboarding before being placed. We also sign BAAs with clients who need them.
Most clients are matched within 48 hours of their discovery call. Specialty roles may take a few extra days to ensure the right fit.

Mediva starts with a 3-month initial term so your VA has the runway to fully ramp into your practice. After that, you're month-to-month with no strings attached — cancel or scale anytime with 30 days' notice.
